Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant to implement and configure SAP Warehouse Management (WM) solutions in line with business requirements. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy SAP WM functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM and SD. You will analyze business needs, provide expert guidance on best practices, and conduct user training. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience with SAP WM, a strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules is preferred.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP WM solutions in alignment with business processes and requirements.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP WM functionalities, ensuring effective integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
  • Analyze business requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices and solutions within SAP WM.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and efficient use of SAP WM functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to SAP WM processes and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP WM trends and advancements, recommending improvements and enhancements to current systems.

Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience as an SAP WM Consultant with a proven track record of successful SAP WM implementations and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP WM functionalities, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
  • SAP WM certification or relevant professional certifications.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role within a global organization.
  • Familiarity with additional SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, or PP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven experience in delivering training and support to end-users.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
